The Lord has crowned the year (2011) with His goodness and caused us to walk in His paths that drips with His fatness (Psalm 65:11)

The Crucifixion Site of Christ

The late archeologist, Ron Wyatt, made a number of interesting finds in the Land of the Bible. Back in the early 80's he actually found a cave beneath Mount Moriah (Skull Hill) after being led to the site by the Holy Spirit to examine the vicinity and he stumbled on a fairly large cave where he found an interesting looking object. Upon closer examination, he realized that he might have stumbled upon an object that was made out of solid gold and on which he found hardened bloodstains.

He then traced these stains up a crack in the ceiling of the cave and discovered above that stood a depression in the ground on top of the mountain. He further found the depression to be on a raised slope above two others and which he believed was the place where the cross on which Christ was crucified stood.

I will leave you to examine this video of one scientist who spoke with the late archeologist at first hand as he explained what the discovery was all about. My apologies that I cannot link the video directly here, so you will need to copy the URL as I have given it and paste it to enable you to watch the video.

A New Believer's Prayer

Thank you Father for loving us so much that You sent Your precious Son Jesus Christ to this world to die for all our sins. I receive Jesus into my heart as my Lord and Savior.
Thank you that all my sins have been nailed to the Cross on Jesus at His death and because He died in our place, I am now saved forever. I have been made righteous in Your sight because of what Jesus did and I can now enjoy Your blessings over my life. Thank you for the privilege of being called Your Child and for the Gift of Your Holy Spirit in my life. AMEN
